Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fetch Cleaners Club, a DBA of K9 Waste Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website and cleaning membership services. By signing up for a membership or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership & Billing

All Fetch Cleaners Club memberships — both Residential and Commercial — operate on a flat-rate recurring monthly billing model. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis on the anniversary date of your enrollment.

• Flat Monthly Rate: Your membership fee is fixed based on the tier you select at signup. There are no hidden fees, travel charges, or per-visit surcharges beyond your monthly rate.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations can be made through your Jobber client hub or by emailing join@fetchcleanersclub.com.
• Tier Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused cleaning visits within a billing period. All sales are final once a billing cycle has begun.

2. Service Terms & Member Responsibilities

• Access to Property: Members must provide safe, reliable, and legal access to the service address on all scheduled cleaning days. This may be via a key, lockbox code, door access code, or physical presence. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit will be forfeited and is not subject to a refund or reschedule.
• Time Caps Per Visit: Each cleaning visit is capped at the time limit associated with your membership tier (e.g., 2 hours for Residential Pro, 3 hours for Residential Elite, 4 hours for Residential Signature). Our team will complete as much of the standard checklist as possible within the allotted time. Additional time beyond the tier cap may be quoted separately.
• Safe Working Environment: Members are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our cleaning staff. Aggressive animals must be secured prior to our team's arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service if our staff's safety is at risk.
• Scheduling: Visits are scheduled in advance through your Jobber client hub. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of that visit.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage Claims

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of a cleaning visit, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.
• Damage or Loss Claims: Fetch Cleaners Club is fully bonded and insured. Any claims of property damage or loss alleged to have occurred during a service visit must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the visit. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for consideration. We will investigate all claims promptly and in good faith.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fetch Cleaners Club and K9 Waste Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
